What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Great British Pounds

Most things are sold, do you have a mailing list?

Since our one of a kind items sell out quickly, the best way to know about future shop updates is to join our mailing list. We send infrequent mail and will not share your information.

How often do you restock?

We restock monthly with the exception of our ongoing items which, are always available.

Who styles and photographs your items?

All of our product photos are styled and shot in house, by Simone. If you’re interested in learning more or you’d like to chat about our freelance rates and availability, drop us a line.

Where can I see more of your work?

Does Simone take commercial fashion and interior styling work?

What inspires you?

We’re inspired by Architecture and sculpture, light mass and space. By traditional ethnic and folk clothing from across our beautiful globe. By travel, via train and old world hotels. By well-worn tables and the meals around them. But most of all, by tradition, by materials and by things made by hand and enhanced by technology.

When will my order ship?

All orders with the occasional exception will ship within 7 business days. If your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangements to have it ship earlier, please send us an email and we will get working on it right away. Arrival times vary by destination please see below or contact us for more details.

When will my order arrive?

International orders vary but generally take longer to arrive, please expect to receive your package in 10-20 business days.

Your shipping prices seem high, why is that?

The short answer is that UK Post shipping rates are high.

All domestic bound orders are shipped via Royal Mail this includes tracking and insurance of £100.

Please also note all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Simone Brewster for any reason.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary with item and location, if you’re curious about the price to ship a certain item, shoot us an email, we’ll get right back to you. Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by Simone Brewster.

How can I pay?

We happily accept Paypal.

May I place a special order?

Now and again we are able to find the time. Shoot us an email, we’ll do our very best to make it happen.

May I reserve items from your next sale?

Our apologies, but in fairness to everyone, we do not reserve items. If you’d like to chat more about why this is, send us an email, we’re always up for a chat.

Where are you located, can we visit your studio?

We are located in London, England though at this time we’re not accepting visitors, but we will do soon!

Are your products guaranteed?

You bet, given that you have cared for it in a loving manner we will most definitely stand behind our products, please contact us for more information. Please note we do not offer refunds nor do we cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
